Hailing from Brazil at an altitude of 1,200m, our beans are sourced from Daterra, an estate born out of the vision of one man to create excellence. Excellence in environmental and economic sustainability and above all else, excellence in quality. This vision has become a reality, and in 2016, this 6800-hectare estate was named the most sustainable farm in Brazil (and not just in the coffee sector either). These farms in the city of Patrocínio are the oldest coffee plantations in Brazilian Cerrado region, and it is amongst the best coffee producing areas in the country. The wind, sun and soil are exceptional for Arabica trees. The diverse altitudes and microclimates create conditions that will later surprise the palate with a large range of flavours from velvet-chocolaty to bright-flowery profiles.

Located in the Southern Nations of Ethiopia, Werka Wuri is a BNT owned washing station that processes cherry from over 750 smallholder farmers that surround the Werka Sakaro kebele (village), a few km to the east of Gedeb town.
BNT industries are one of the most prestigious Ethiopian exporters and pre and post-harvest premiums well above the local market rate to drive quality in their offering. Our roasters are working with BNT and the Ethiopian government to add 5 classrooms to the school at Werka Sakaro, providing secondary school education to over 1000 children.

Don Carlos Matiz Salamanca has been producing coffee since 1979 and runs their coffee estate in Columbia together with his wife Mariana Cuatin.
Not every coffee holds up in the decaffeination process, and not all processes are created equal. Do Carlos carefully selects the coffees he sends for decaffeination, and partners with decaffeination processors who have as high quality standards as he does. The decaffeination is done using Ethel Acetate, which is a natural by-product of fermented sugar-cane. This bonds with the soluble caffeine compounds in the coffee and allows them to be stripped from the green beans.

My favourite coffee shop in Bristol!! The staff are so welcoming and lovely, all of them have a smile on their face, bring the coffee over to you and are full of energy. Overall couldn’t rate this coffee shop higher, probably the best coffee shop I have ever been in.
The coffee shop has a great atmosphere, and the staff were informative. We shared two cakes – a rainbow bounty and a salted date caramel. Both of which were totally yummy and worth going out of your way to try. We will definitely be back!

Really good service. Been trying to get a beetroot latte for ages and finally got to try one! Really nice vegan options and the CBD shots was a good touch. Overall loved the place and enjoyed the whole atmosphere!
A lovely, bright and airy cafe to find CBD inspired drinks, coffee and light food options. Loads of veggie and vegan treats, all well marked and explained on the menu. This is a very original concept and an interesting addition to the Bristol food and drink scene.
